2025-2026 Registration

Fees: $150 for one child

I will be charged and pay a $100.00 registration fee and a $50.00 parent participation deposit for my child's enrollment at AAUW Preschool.
I understand that these fees do not apply toward any tuition payment.

I understand that AAUW Preschool is a parent cooperative school and, as such, depends on my help in the operation of the school.

I understand that I am required to complete at least 2 hours in carnival, 4 hours in maintenance and the remaining hours will be of my choice. At the end of the school year, the parent participation deposit will be refunded to me if my family has completed all our participation requirements. If I have not fulfilled all of my hours I will be billed in June at the rate of $25.00 per hour not completed. The number of parent participation hours required will be prorated if I enroll for less than a full school year.

2025-2026 Fees Due at Registration (Please make checks payable to AAUW Preschool)

• 1st Child $100.00 (registration) + $50 (parent participation deposit) = $150 total due
• 2nd Child $25.00 (registration) + 1st Child total due (from line above) = $175 total due
• 3 or More Children No Additional Registration Fees = $175 maximum amount due

Tuition
I understand that tuition is due and payable on the 15th of each month during the school months (August through May). I understand that I will be assessed a $10.00 late fee if my tuition is received at the school after the 20th of the month in which it is due. I also understand that I will be assessed $25.00 for any check returned to the school because of insufficient funds.

A limited scholarship fund or other financial aid opportunities may be available to eligible families. Please contact the Director to apply.

Discounts Available:

• 5% discount for tuition Paid In Full for the 2025-2026 school year (due on or before 9/1/25). Cash or check payment only.
• 2% discount for automated payment processing with EFT from checking/savings account, or cash/check payments in the office.
• A $15.00 discount per month is applied to the second child's tuition if a family has more than one child enrolled.
• A 7.5 hour parent participation discount is applied to the second child (a $187.50 value).
• 10% discount on registration & monthly tuition payments for active military families.

Required Forms
I understand that the health forms required by the school must be filled in completely and turned in before my child's first day of school. I understand that I must submit a certified copy of my child's birth certificate in accordance with The Missing Children Records Act. These forms are required by the State of Illinois, Department of Children and Family Services.

Withdrawal

• I understand that the registration fee will only be refunded if I notify the school of my withdrawal within 10 days of the date of this signed Registration Contract and only if my child has not attended class.
• I understand that I am responsible for notifying the school, in writing, if I wish to withdraw my child.
• If I pre-register my child, I may withdraw him or her in the summer up to and including August 14, 2025 without payment of tuition. If I withdraw my child after August 14, 2025 or during the school year, I am responsible for payment of tuition for two weeks beyond the day on which the school receives my written withdrawal notice.

AAUW Preschool reserves the right to discharge any student who is (1) in arrears with tuition more than two months, or (2) absent two consecutive weeks without notice, or (3) has not paid past fees from the previous school year by August 14, 2025.

I accept the terms as stated above and will fulfill my obligations as a member of AAUW Preschool. I understand that information about my child is confidential and that the school will not release information to anyone other than the parents or legal guardians without their written consent. I understand that my Registration Contract cannot be accepted without the required fees. I have read the foregoing and understand that this is a legally binding contract.
